Terry Yaeger

Terry Yaeger opened the doors to Pillar To Post as a one-man inspection company in 1998. With Terry's hard work and the support of many agents and clients alike throughout the years, Terry has grown his company to four inspectors, an operations manager, special events coordinator and two customer service representatives. He is a licensed home inspector in Kentucky and Indiana and he is an approved continuing education instructor for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Terry is a husband of 50 years, a father of 4 and grandfather of 5. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and relaxing in Florida.

Jane Yaeger

Jane Yaeger has been the special projects coordinator with Pillar To Post since its conception. She assists on inspections, plans company events and functions and lends support in the office when needed. Jane has been married to Terry for 50 years and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Mike Schray

Mike Schray has a B.S. degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University and was previously employed by Lockheed-Martin at the Michaud Aerospace Plant in New Orleans working on the space shuttle’s external tank and at The Elano Corporation (GE Aircraft Engines) in Beavercreek, Ohio. He is licensed by The Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, he is a Certified Real Estate Inspector with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), is an approved continuing education instructor in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio and is licensed as a radon tester in Indiana. Mike enjoys playing golf with his family, playing tennis, and he is an avid Buckeye fan. Go Bucks!

Alison Schray

Alison Schray is the Operations Manager for Pillar To Post. Alison graduated from Otterbein College with a degree in Voice Performance and a minor in Music Business. She was previously employed by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra – May Festival, the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and Wright State University Department of Music. Alison is a licensed radon tester for the State of Ohio and is a member of RPAC with the NKAR. She enjoys playing piano and flute, singing, volunteering for the Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue and spending time with her family.

Todd Scott

Todd Scott is a licensed home and termite inspector for the State of Kentucky. Todd is a navy veteran of the first Gulf War and a member of Melrose Lodge #671 A. M. He enjoys spending time with his family – especially camping and boating – and being a good dad.

Samantha Conner

Samantha Conner is one of two Customer Service Representatives with Pillar To Post. Sam is the newest addition to the PTP family. Sam enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, family and pets.

Jeff Day

Jeff Day has been an Indiana licensed home Inspector with Pillar To Post since 2003 and he is know for his thoroughness and professionalism.  He has been married to Tina for 19 years and they have three children.  Jeff enjoys NASCAR and he is currently serving as VP of the Madison High School Band Parents Association.
